Need information on Guinea Pig Wacky Racer chew toys. AKA, a piece of wood.?

Okay. I found this piece of wood out of Nice on our porch a while ago and I started thinking, you know Moon does not have any toys to chew on, besides your home! So I grabbed it and started digging her with the knife, taking off what could and what does not want her to chew it or swallow, making sure that no sharp edges and sharp treble that all dirt and grime was off. BUT! Just to be on the safe side, I decided to boil the piece of wood, which I think was part of a root! So Will this do nothing and how long should it be boiled? BTW Im a 18 year old male, cooking and boiling is not my forte.

Alex, I really want to help to you, but I need to e-mail me. For chew toys one of the best things you can use is tree branches with leaves still on them. They get vitamins and minerals from the leaves and branches love to chew and is good for teeth. So can a veterinarian in your area, and most are happy to say what trees can guinea pigs eat.
